Specifications Parameter:

LED Tunnel lamp using surface light-emitting module as light source, change the traditional single-particle-chip cooling structure completely, cooling area expansion of several hundreds or even thousands of times compared to single-particle-chip light source. LED surface light-emitting module uses aluminum substrate, can make the secondary cooling quickly with other cooling material, and make junction temperature of light source conduct rapidly. It enhanced the reliability and enlarge the life of light source greatly, life time of LED light source is expected to reach 30,000 hours MTBF (Mean Time Between Failure). However, just like all basic light sources, LED's luminous flux will be also decay over time. Luminous flux attenuation will be affected by many environmental conditions, such as environment temperature, humidity and ventilation. It was also affected by control, thermal management, current levels and many other electrical design considerations. Under normal working conditions use,(Temperature range: -20 ℃ ~ 65 ℃, Humidity :0-95% non-condensing humidity, adequate ventilation and air volume), LED can be optimized to achieve the best life, otherwise it would be further reduced..
